Occasionally, when you place an order the payment doesn’t complete. This means your order will be created but with ‘pending payment’.
To check the status of any order, simply log in to your account by clicking ‘log in’ at the top of the screen. Then select orders on the left hand side and you will be able to see your order history.
If your payment was not processed, next to your order it will say ‘pay’. Click that button and complete your payment information. Once you’ve successfully completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you’ve forgotten your password or you’re unsure how to log into your account click ‘log in’ at the top of the website and then choose ‘forgot password’. This will send you a link to reset your password.
Ideally yes, at the moment our projects are nearly all designed to be sewn on a sewing machine (except for one or two).
That being said, most of them could be sewn by hand, it might just take a really, really long time!
If there is enough demand, we do plan on creating a new subscription which will be designed for hand sewing.

Each month we include all the fabric you need to make the project.
All our patterned fabrics are designed by us and printed here in the UK.
Sometimes we will couple our patterned fabrics with plain ones, which we also source from UK suppliers.
Projects vary and therefore the fabrics you use will vary too. So far we plan to send jersey, oilcloth and a woven cotton this year. Don’t worry if you don’t have the right needles, we’ll include those with your box too!
Our month rolling subscription renews each month until cancelled.
There is no minimum contract length.
All our subscription boxes include postage and packaging (which is all recyclable) to UK destinations.
We can send your package anywhere (pretty much).
If you order a subscription box, the price includes UK shipping.
For shipping outside of the UK, before you order, please drop us a message with your chosen postal address so we can check the prices and arrange delivery.
Hopefully not – we aim to fit all our subscriptions into a box small enough to fit through your letterbox. They might be tightly packed but we’d rather that then you have the hassle of having to go and collect it from the delivery office.
We also don’t plan to send them recorded so you won’t need to sign for them.
They should just pop through your door once a month and bring you joy – no stress!
Absolutely, we would love you to send someone you know one of our sewing subscription boxes!
When you sign up you can select to have your subscription sent to a different delivery address. Simply pop your recipient’s details in the delivery box and we’ll do the rest.
You can also add a message in ‘Order Notes’ and we will include a note in their first box letting them know they have been gifted a subscription, how long for and include your personal message.
Our monthly rolling subscription can be cancelled at at any time. If payment has already been taken for the next box, that will be your last.
To cancel it, just log in to your account, find your subscription and click ‘cancel’.
