All our subscription boxes include free postage and packing within the UK, via Royal Mail.
If you would like your order delivered outside the UK, please contact us, prior to placing an order, with details of your preferred postal address/country and we will get back to you.
We will do our best to accommodate overseas orders where we can but they will be subject to additional delivery charges.
Subscription boxes are dispatched once a month on (or around) the 25th of each month – except for December, which will be around the 15th.
The cut off date for ordering a subscription box for the current month will be the day before dispatch, providing the box is still in stock (each box will have a limited quantity available).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or monthly subscription box you can return your order to us for a full refund within 28 days of receipt of your order.
In order for a refund to be issued, the following criteria must be met:
If any items you order are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
We are unable to cover return postage costs. We suggest you use a tracked service to ensure your return is received safely and that you are covered in the event it gets lost or damaged on route. At a minimum, please obtain proof of posting from Royal Mail.
Please note that it may take up to 15 working days for your return to be processed once we receive your return.
After your return is received and inspected, providing we are happy the criteria above have been met, we will process your refund.
If you ordered a multiple month subscription, you will be refunded for a percentage of your original order which is the equivalent of one month’s subscription. e.g. if you paid for a three month subscription @ £69.95, you will receive a refund for £23.31 (one third of the original payment amount).
Your refund will be credited via the original payment method used on your order.
Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account.
We will contact you to confirm that the return has been received and processed.
